Zillow Property Listings
Every Zillow for-sale, rental and sold listing across the US, state by state, optionally with the full MLS record.
467 rows in the dataset
Download the dataset
Get every row this scraper has collected as one CSV or JSONL file. If the data is older than maxAgeHours, the scraper is re-run with its configured settings first. The key needs the datasets:export scope.
DOWNLOAD_ID=$(curl -s -X POST "https://api.pandorlabs.com/v1/datasets/zillow/downloads" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer $PANDORLABS_KEY" \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{"maxAgeHours":24,"format":"csv"}' | jq -r '.id')while true; do STATUS=$(curl -s "https://api.pandorlabs.com/v1/downloads/$DOWNLOAD_ID" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer $PANDORLABS_KEY" | jq -r '.status') [ "$STATUS" != "refreshing" ] && break sleep 5donecurl -s "https://api.pandorlabs.com/v1/downloads/$DOWNLOAD_ID/file" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer $PANDORLABS_KEY" \ -o dataset.csvAt its current 467 rows, this download costs 5 credits when the data is fresh enough, or 10 credits when it has to be refreshed first.
The rate is 1 credit per 100 rows cached and 2 credits live, charged on the rows in the dataset when the download becomes ready. A failed refresh is not charged. The file stays downloadable for 24 hours. See pricing.
Start a run
To choose the targets yourself, send the parameters below as input. The call returns 202 with the run; the key needs the scrapers:run scope and the account a positive credit balance.
curl -X POST "https://api.pandorlabs.com/v1/scrapers/zillow/runs" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer $PANDORLABS_KEY" \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{ "input": { "states": [ "AL" ], "locations": [ "Austin", "TX / 78702 / Cleveland", "OH" ], "markets": [ "forSale", "forRent", "sold" ], "soldWithin": "36m" } }'A run is billed at the live rate once it finishes: 2 credits per 100 rows it collected. A run that collects nothing costs nothing.
Parameters
Every parameter is optional. Anything you leave out uses the default shown here; an unknown name or an invalid value is rejected with a 400 that lists each problem.
Targeting
statesenum[]
States
Each state is swept tile by tile until every listing is reached. Leave empty, with no locations either, to sweep all 50 states and DC.
- Default
- none
- Allowed values
ALAKAZARCACOCTDEDCFLGAHIIDILINIAKSKYLAMEMDMAMIMNMSMOMTNENVNHNJNMNYNCNDOHOKORPARISCSDTNTXUTVTVAWAWVWIWY
locationsstring[]
Locations
A city, ZIP or neighbourhood, as typed into Zillow's search box. Swept the same way as a state, in addition to any states picked.
- Default
- none
- Example
Austin, TX / 78702 / Cleveland, OH
marketsenum[]
Markets
Rental results include whole buildings, which carry a price range rather than one price.
- Default
["forSale","forRent","sold"]- Allowed values
forSaleforRentsold
soldWithinenum
Sold within
Applies to the sold market only. 36 months is everything Zillow keeps as sold — Michigan alone holds ~430k homes over that window; a weekly refresh only needs 7 or 30 days.
- Default
36m- Allowed values
730906m12m24m36m
minPricenumber
Minimum price
- Default
- none
- Range

maxPricenumber

minBathsnumber

Access
cookiestring
Browser cookie
Leave empty: the run mints its own PerimeterX tokens (_px3, _pxvid, pxcts) in the Chrome service and renews them when Zillow blocks. Set it only to override that with the Cookie header of a zillow.com request from your own browser (DevTools → Network → a request → Cookie).
- Default
- none
- Example
zguid=…; _pxvid=…; pxcts=…; _px3=…
Advanced
fetchDetailsboolean
Fetch listing details
Adds year built, MLS id, parcel id, tax figures, schools and walk scores — at one extra request per listing.
- Default
false
maxDetailsnumber
Max detail fetches per run
Independent of the listing ceiling. Details are the expensive half of a run.
- Default
200- Range
- 0 to 10000
maxListingsnumber
Max listings per run
Rows persist and re-runs upsert, so a ceiling here bounds one run, not the dataset.
- Default
50000000- Range
- 1 to 50000000
requestDelayMsnumber
Delay between requests (ms)
Zillow blocks hard and slowly. Lowering this is how a run turns into a captcha wall.
- Default
2000- Range
- 0 to 60000

The run is asynchronous. Poll it until it reaches a terminal status and its billing is paid, then page through its rows. Until then the rows endpoint answers 409 (still queued or running) or 402 (payment required).
