1,212 rows in the dataset
Download the dataset
Get every row this scraper has collected as one CSV or JSONL file. If the data is older than maxAgeHours, the scraper is re-run with its configured settings first. The key needs the datasets:export scope.
DOWNLOAD_ID=$(curl -s -X POST "https://api.pandorlabs.com/v1/datasets/france-capital-increases/downloads" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer $PANDORLABS_KEY" \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{"maxAgeHours":24,"format":"csv"}' | jq -r '.id')while true; do STATUS=$(curl -s "https://api.pandorlabs.com/v1/downloads/$DOWNLOAD_ID" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer $PANDORLABS_KEY" | jq -r '.status') [ "$STATUS" != "refreshing" ] && break sleep 5donecurl -s "https://api.pandorlabs.com/v1/downloads/$DOWNLOAD_ID/file" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer $PANDORLABS_KEY" \ -o dataset.csvAt its current 1,212 rows, this download costs 13 credits when the data is fresh enough, or 26 credits when it has to be refreshed first.
The rate is 1 credit per 100 rows cached and 2 credits live, charged on the rows in the dataset when the download becomes ready. A failed refresh is not charged. The file stays downloadable for 24 hours. See pricing.
Start a run
To choose the targets yourself, send the parameters below as input. The call returns 202 with the run; the key needs the scrapers:run scope and the account a positive credit balance.
curl -X POST "https://api.pandorlabs.com/v1/scrapers/france-capital-increases/runs" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer $PANDORLABS_KEY" \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{ "input": { "lookbackDays": 14, "descriptifContains": "capital", "legalForms": [ "actions simplifiée", "anonyme" ], "minCapital": 0 } }'A run is billed at the live rate once it finishes: 2 credits per 100 rows it collected. A run that collects nothing costs nothing.
Parameters
Every parameter is optional. Anything you leave out uses the default shown here; an unknown name or an invalid value is rejected with a 400 that lists each problem.
Targeting
lookbackDaysnumber
Look back (days)
Queried one publication day at a time, which keeps every page well inside the API’s 10,000-record paging ceiling.
- Default
14- Range
- 1 to 365
descriptifContainsstring
Notice text contains
Matched by the API against the notice's own description. `capital` is what a share issue is filed as. Clear it to collect every notice in the family.
- Default
capital- Example
capital
legalFormsenum[]
Legal forms
Matched as substrings of the form as printed. The default is SAS and SA — the forms a venture-backed company uses. SCI and SARL file the same notice for reasons that are almost never investment, and together they are most of the feed.
- Default
["actions simplifiée","anonyme"]- Allowed values
actions simplifiéeanonymeresponsabilité limitéecivile immobilièreeuropéennenom collectif
minCapitalnumber
Minimum capital (€)
The capital stated in the notice, which is the figure *after* the change. The notice does not say what it was before, so this cannot screen on the size of the raise.
- Default
0- Range
- at least 0
maxCapitalnumber
Maximum capital (€)
Zero means no upper bound.
- Default
0- Range
- at least 0
departmentsstring[]
Départements
Two-digit codes. Empty means the whole country.
- Default
- none
- Example
75, 92, 69
excludeDecreasesboolean
Exclude capital decreases
The API can only match the word "capital", which catches increases and reductions alike. A reduction is money leaving — the opposite signal — so notices whose wording says diminution or réduction are dropped. Notices whose court states neither are kept.
- Default
true
Advanced
familiesenum[]
Announcement families
Capital changes are published as modifications. Créations are a colder lead but a valid one.
- Default
["modification"]- Allowed values
modificationcreationradiationvente
requireCapitalboolean
Require a capital figure
Drops notices whose payload carries no readable capital amount.
- Default
false
publishedFromstring
Published from (YYYY-MM-DD)
Overrides the lookback window.
- Default
- none
- Example
2026-08-01
publishedTostring
Published to (YYYY-MM-DD)
- Default
- none
- Example
2026-08-31
maxRecordsnumber
Max records per run
- Default
5000- Range
- 1 to 100000
pageSizenumber
Page size
The API caps a page at 100.
- Default
100- Range
- 1 to 100
requestDelayMsnumber
Delay between requests (ms)
The API is free and unauthenticated but throttles anonymous callers.
- Default
200- Range
- 0 to 30000

The run is asynchronous. Poll it until it reaches a terminal status and its billing is paid, then page through its rows. Until then the rows endpoint answers 409 (still queued or running) or 402 (payment required).
